Well,
I'm glad you asked. It's really very simple.
I enjoy recreational shooting and, like most people,
I enjoy sharing my hobby with other who have a
similar interest. I've been primarily a
handgun shooter for the last thirty five years.
Having been caught up in the relatively recent M1911A1 craze,
I've acquired (more than) a few and really enjoy shooting them.
They are a far cry from the clanking POS I carried
in the service.
But, I am
also currently exploring the world of long guns and
finding that I enjoy it also. Maybe I'll look
at 100, 200 and 300 yard shooting with my .223 and
.308. The Olympic Arms .223 is a blast (pun intended)
to shoot with the cheap red dot scope on it!
If you got to this site, it
probably wasn't by accident, so feel free to come in
and look around. I try to keep everything up
to date, but it's sometimes difficult. I sometimes
buy, sell or swap guns and accessories. I
often end up with odds and ends, and from time to
time I'll offer these items for sale in the
"Classifieds". If you're interested, drop me

One other thing you should be aware of - While I
strongly support the right of all Americans to keep
and bear arms, I also comply with all federal
firearms laws and I follow all BATF rules and
regulations - to the letter. Please don't ask me to
